Do you know that I'm hurting right now
Do you know what I'm feeling right now
Do you really want to know?
Then I'll tell you so listen..

Do you know i suffer from anxiety,
Yes everytime around three in the morning
Do you know i suffer from deepression
My head is full of voice of different persons
I dont kmow how to stop those.

Do you know im sad right now
No because others know me as a happy person
Do you know i overthink everynight?
No one know that i think a lot.

Do you know that i feel tired
Yes i tried to stop or cheer myself up
But it wont work but i tried.
Do you know my heart well?
No you dont and yes i suffer every heart attack from time to time.

You didnt know a single thing,
Since i never told you that all of those happened..
